Mr. Jadhav has more than 15 years of enriched experience in the fields of Income Tax, GST, VAT, Central Excise, Service Tax, Management Consultancy, etc.

Prior to forming firm, he was designated at managerial level in various reputed domestic and multinational companies like General Motors India (Fortune 100 Company), JSW Steel Ltd, Meritor Light Vehicle Systems India Pvt Ltd (Fortune 500 Company).

He is also associated as veteran faculty in various reputed organisations such as National Academy of Customs and Indirect Taxes (NACIN) which is government organisation involved in providing training to GST officers including IRS Class I Officers . He is also associated with Bharati Vidyapeeth, MITCON, Sakal International Learning Centre to impar training to Tax professionals.

He has more than 12 years of enriched experience in the fields of Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audits, GST audits.

Prior to forming his own firm, he was partner in “Paresh K. Shah & Co” Chartered Accountants, Pune for 10 years. The responsibility includes audit planning, article training, work reviews, finalisation of the work, staff recruitment.
